Our Application Form has had problems if you have submitted previously please resubmit

Our cottage has parking for about 6 cars. Boat launching and trailer parking is not available on the property. Boat launching is available close by for a fee. Trailer parking is available on a nearby property with the Owners permission. So that we may ensure you are selecting a cottage that is well suited to you, please tell us what, if any, other vehicles you intend to bring, including boats, , ATV's, snowmobiles, trail bikes etc. Out of concern for our neighbours, we cannot accept rentals with personal watercraft.

Once you have submitted your application, it will be reviewed by our office staff and a rental agreement e-mailed to you at the address you provide. The cottage will then be held in "Pending" status for you for 24 hours so that you can complete the agreement. If this agreement is not completed with 24 hours, the cottage will be returned to an "available" status and others may reserve it. We CANNOT hold a rental for any period of time without payment if the date of occupancy is within the next 45 days. To secure a booking occurring within 45 days, you may call your credit card number in to 416 702 9334.

A credit card damage deposit of $1000 will be charged to your credit card number on file 2 days before you arrive in accordance with the Rental Terms and Conditions

Once you have paid your deposit and final balance for your trip, it becomes non-refundable, unless we are able to rebook the rental period. Therefore, we strongly recommend you purchase a trip insurance policy that will cover you for cancellation and trip interruption.
